Our newly remodeled fitness facility incorporates state of the art equipment with a pleasant workout environment. We have many cardio machines including ellipticals,treadmills, and exercise bikes. If you’re looking to build muscle tone, we offer a wide variety of weight machines, workout benches, and free weights. We also have an excellent aerobics facility with a wide number of classes to choose from. Classes include Aerobics, Body Sculpting, Silver Sneakers, and the new Zumba fitness class.
