At the Holiday Health & Racquet Club (HHRC) we provide two things: (1) the means and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals and (2) a facility where you can have lots of fun. Tanning packages are also available!
At HHRC you can actually get your work out completed in a short period of time because you don’t have to wait for equipment. In addition to a fully equipped weight training gym, including machines, free weights, cardio area and cardio theater you’ll find unlimited racquetball, exciting racquetball leagues, wallyball (just like volleyball-played on a racquetball court) and group exercise classes– especially kickboxing!
We also have what we believe is the best Martial Arts program you can find anywhere owing to positively great instruction and motivation. This program starts off at about age 4 ½.
People in the gym at HHRC also interact and talk to each other – come and try it out! You’ll have fun and just might make some friends in the process of getting fit.
